Printing the Packaging Slip
There's a link in the email telling me my item sold to 'Print packaging Slip'. But when I click on it, it takes me to an announcement that my item sold successfully.
How do I find the packaging slip and print it??

Callum Community SuperuserDoes your sold item have a reference number starting "KP" ?
If so the packing slip option might not be there.
In that case on the page it sends you to I would use the link at the bottom of the page that says "tell us what you think" to explain the issue.

I still cannot print packing slips. I get emails that say "Print Packing Slip" and it just takes me to the auction page.

I’m having the same problem. Click on “print packing slip” and there is no packing slip or link to one.

Wow. This is still happening? Unfortunately it's just the usual situation on Trade Me. Something doesn't work and it takes weeks, months, or even years to fix it. Especially for these non critical issues.....
Sometimes you just have to give up and use an alternative method and hope it eventually works it way to the top of the "to do" list at Trade Me.
