We’re updating our Privacy Policy

Our new Privacy Policy comes into effect on Friday 1 May 2026.

We are updating our Privacy Policy in anticipation of the new Information Privacy Principle 3A (IPP3A) which comes into force on Friday 1 May 2026.

IPP3A requires agencies to notify individuals if it collects information indirectly (i.e. from someone other than the person themself). You can learn more about IPP3A here.

We take our members’ privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we look after your personal information.  That is why we wanted to let you know that we’ve made specific updates to our Privacy Policy to accommodate the new IPP3A requirements.
