How do offers work?
I've made an offer on an auction. How long does the seller have to accept or decline?

Offers through the Make an Offer process have 24hrs in which an accept, decline or counter offer can be made by the Seller unless someone places a bid that reaches the Reserve price on the Listing in which case Bids override all Offers and any outstanding offers are automatically closed. - Cheers.
