Has anyone received their money back via the buyer guarantee ?
I bought a product that didn’t turn up. Reached out to seller who gave me the runaround so I asked for my money back which they said they would do within seven days. Seven days passed and no money back. Filed a dispute with Trade Me who said it would be sorted in 6 days. Not resolved in 6 days. Still no money back. Wondered what the point of the buyer protection was and how you access it?

Callum Community SuperuserHello Ferg. Yes I have. However the disputes system does take a while to wind through, especially if the seller is non-responsive or wants to make things difficult.
