The support Bot can answer an array of questions if you select the blue speech icon Bottom Right of your screen, if you need to go through to a staff member you have the option to 'Leave a message for the team' Or 'Request a call' - these go to a support queue and are answered when sighted by staff Otherwise you can ask any question through the Community here which may result in a quicker response. - The Help page below gives you how to access help for TM's other sites as well. - Cheers.
