We can't transfer out money from our TradeMe account, we can only transfer out from our Ping account. - Where an accidental payment has been made into our TradeMe account we contact a staff member for assistance in refunding this. - Cheers.

If there are no fees, will there be any need for credit moving forward?

If not, then the process to get it back will need to be a bit more streamlined.

If you select the blue speech bubble Bottom Right of your screen the Chat window opens > select the text box to Leave a message for the team > type your message in the bottom line of the window in the box provided. - A staff member will email you back when they receive your request. - Cheers.

Beside the Ping fee there are other Listing fees which come into play depending on what options are chosen during the Listing process - these include Afterpay, adding a sub title, Reserve price, adding your own end date/time, Listing in a second category, including any of the optional extra features to boost your Listing like Gallery, Feature, Feature combo. - Plus the applied Ping only applies to Marketplace listings - other categories like Motors won't have the Ping fee applied as a payment option. - Cheers.
