How to sale 100 items on one link？

Hi everyone, I'm closing down my business and have 100 identical luxury lingerie mystery boxes to clear. Each box contains branded underwear/lingerie, and I want to list them on TradeMe efficiently. I'm not sure: 1. Can I list all 100 in one Fixed Price listing by setting Quantity to 100? 2. If I duplicate listings to get more exposure, how different do the titles/photos need to be to avoid duplicate listing penalties? 3. Any tips for a closing down sale to attract buyers quickly?
