Hello,

Is there a way of seeing how much I have been charged for success & Ping fees in one place?

Currently I can only find the Ping fee on the items' page listing that says it's sold (new website view) & the success fee in my accounts section. It would be great to see a total of the charges in one view.

There is no way that I am aware of.

I prefer that these are split. (From a business point of view, casual sellers might be different) This is because Ping fees are GST exempt. So I need to separate them out for tax purposes.

You can of course view your Ping transactions via your Ping account if you weren't aware? That shows the fee and you can download the file there.

Perhaps some clever programming could state the total fee breakdown on the sale email. Currently that too only shows the success fee, not any Ping fees. Might be tricky when you throw afterpay in the mix, and that in-trade sellers are also charged on the shipping cost.

Thanks for responding.

I see your point re tax purposes & I'm happy for these fees to be separated, it's really just the need to seek out these charges that I find difficult. It would be great to see all fees that I've paid, listed on the 'Congratulations, your item was sold' page in one view point.
