TradeMe tracking numbers don't work with NZ Post

Such a great service and then it fails at the most basic point. If you copy and paste the tracking number provided by TradeMe, it won't track with NZ Post until you go through and manually delete the hyphens between the numbers. NZ Post knows about it because they have an automated reply, if you query them, telling you to do this if you've booked through TradeMe. Two large inter-acting companies that aren't inter-communicating! Grrr ...
