Changes
I haven't been on Trademe for sometime. I won an auction on Thursday night. I used just pay directly into the sellers account. I can't see that as an option now. I have emailed the seller twice and no response. I can't see anywhere that I can chat directly with Trademe.
What are my options please? Julie

TM have made it so that intrade sellers cannot display a bank account option ( trademe now have it all going through ping which they charge fees on and are getting a fat bank account while sellers accounts get thinner.). Even though, many sellers are happy to take bank deposits just ask. Many of my buyers select the cash option and then I supply the account details to them

The rules of contacting TradeMe keep changing,
First off:
- Sellers have 2 days in which to make contact & 7 days in which to complete the Trade.
- Check your spam/junk email folder in the off chance one from your Seller has gone there.
- Check your won items & within the closed Listing itself for a Tracking number incase one has been placed.
- Try communicating with the Seller through another Listing they may have running.
- Place an initial feedback requesting the Seller to make contact with you.
On day 3 of not receiving communication or a tracking number you can select the blue speech bubble Bottom Right of your screen and leave a message for a staff member regarding 'No Contact' from the Seller - After 7 days of no contact you file a Dispute on day 8 which the link to is found in your won items or the Top portion within the closed Listing itself.
