Searches for a word that's a town name take you to Property category

Best way is to select the category before you activate the search eg as below. I can put in the search term, then click the category dropdown to choose where to search. You get the same problem if you search for an author who happens to have a Real Estate agents name. You only get the property listings and not the books you were actually looking for.

That only works on the desktop site of course. The new site requires a bit more work eg search for "alexandra" NOT property, then you can choose from the categories returned, as below.
