Buyer said they paid via Ping. Not yet in my account
AnsweredBuyer said said he paid via Ping. Has sent a screenshot. Not yet shown up in my account. Why is this?

When was the payment made?
If the payment has been put on hold for a security check the company will email you to let you know and then again once the payment has been cleared to let you know it's safe to send the goods. - Check your spam/junk email folder in case one has gone there.
TradeMe will occasionally hold a payment whilst they check to ensure the payment is legitimate which may include anything from a New Member's credentials, if the sum is for a larger amount, if the Buyer has entered a new card, if the Buyer's name doesn't match the card associated with their Bank account Or when unusual activity has been noted etc. - There are a number of reasons whilst checks are made though these are actioned fairly quickly once the information TradeMe have requested has been supplied.
Definitely Don't send any goods until you have the payment showing in your Ping Transactions account. - Cheers.
