Bid notification received but bid not showing

Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps? - Have you tried through both?
I'm on the New Look Desktop site, Edge browser and am viewing 2 of your listings with bids, 1 has 2x bids the other 1x bid. If you want to share the listing number Members can confirm if we can view a bid on that particular one.
If you type 'trouble' in the help search bar up the Top of the page here you will get a drop down list of Troubleshooting via the App &/Or the Website, it maybe a case of needing a cache clear or uninstalling and reinstalling the App to an update of the latest version. - Cheers.

Using on the app. 5720329775 Listing number. I screenshot the bid notification in the app and have had an email from one of my wonderful regular customers querying why I removed the bid, which I didn’t!

Definitely not showing a bid on Desktop site either - Have you requested your customer to try placing another bid to see what happens with the system? - It's possible it may have been a one-off glitch however if not this will confirm the repeated issue. - You could request a friend or family member to try placing a bid on this one and on a different listing also to determine if it's a wider issue or just pertains to this particular listing.
