trying a search and it's not working

trying to look for a book from Tim Winton.... give his full name in and it comes up with Tim not found... the Winton disappears. I refreshed TM log in, I tried with book title... just nothing happens, as if it can't read my search request or only the first name?

I'm trying to locate the Seller's address for a storage cabinet purchased a few months ago due to a product fault. I can't see any link to Trademe to obtain the members address. Can anyone provide information to help out.

Sorry to read you have a faulty item,
Yes! TradeMe support faulty goods - No! they don't hand out other Members personal details such as their address as this would be a breach of the Privacy Act which can land the company in hot water legally.
What you can do is search your emails, including your draft & sent items as well as your inbox, for any trace of the address you may have been provided by the Seller if the item was being picked up Or a company name which may allow you to find their physical address online if you've purchased from an In-Trade Seller, in which case they may also be listed in the NZ Companies Register with a possible address &/Or contact number. - If you find the Listing in your email you'll be able to contact the Seller.
Once all avenues have been exhausted you can leave a message for a staff Members assistance through the Chat Bot using the 'Contact us' at the very Bottom of most TM pages including this one, they may be able to help though they won't be able to provide you with an address. - All the Best.
