Payment instructions sent automatically

You often get differences in default settings when editing items on different platforms. Have you checked the same listing in MP or a live listing to see if the payment instructions are in fact being sent?
I would view a product without making changes, in MP that is currently listed and see what it says, then check the same listing on desktop version. You will probably find they both say payment instructions are not sent. If you then view the same live listing on the app and edit so you can see the payment instructions option, you will probably find the payment instruction slider is turned on. Don't change anything. If you then go back to MP or the live listing on desktop, you should find it's still as it was and the switch in the app is just a switch that is set by default but not picking up what is actually live in the listing. It's a bug, just like the fact that new Shipping templates are not pulled through from the live listing either, so if you edit a MP created live listing on the app or desktop system that has a new shipping template it tells you there is no shipping assigned and you must specify shipping.
If all this happens like I have said, as it does to me, then it's best just to remember to double check things if you ever need to edit an item on a platform different to how it was initially created, or better still, don't edit in anything other than what you created it with.
