Changes to our Terms and Conditions - Dec 2025

We're making some updates to our general Terms and Conditions and our Ping Terms and Conditions. These changes include:

• Clarifying and simplifying our processes for unclaimed Ping funds.

• Giving ourselves more flexibility so we can continue to run experiments and promotions around fees.

• General updates to ensure all our terms and conditions are keeping pace with our developing product.

Key things to note:

• These changes will come into effect on 23 December.
• You can review the updated Terms and Conditions here and the updated Ping terms here.

We encourage you to take a moment to read through the updated terms, as these will apply to any use of Trade Me on or after 23 December.
