Ping repayment

Buyer has changed their mind. paid with Ping, so how do I recredit my Ping account to recoup the fees and repay the buyer?

Sorry to read of that experience,
You are not obligated to refund the Buyer for a change of mind purchase at all.
Certainly Don't pay the Buyer until you have the goods in hand if you've already sent them off, you want to inspect they are the ones you actually sent in the first place and that no damage has occurred to the item(s).
When you refund a Ping payment, either in full or partial, the Listing, any shipping portion & Success fees charged are automatically refunded back into your TradeMe account. - Proportionally for partial refunds.
Refunding Ping Payments can only be done through the Desktop site currently. - The Link below gives you everything you need to know in when & how to refund Ping payments...
