SOLVED 'Delete feedback' function not working - instructions in comments

Hi, I had a problem with a buyer and gave negative feedback. They've now paid etc, and I'd like to edit or delete my feedback but both the website and the app aren't giving me the option. I've tried the support bot, but it just gives the instructions, which aren't working. What do I do?

I found other posts with the same problem and have it sorted out. Here's instructions in case it helps the next person.
The chat bot was useless. But if you type 'talk to a person' it gave me a support person, who gave me the following info:"You can edit your feedback from the other trader's profile page. Just enter their username in our profile search, and head to the 'Auction feedback' section of their profile. Scroll down to find your feedback and you'll see the option to edit or delete it. Keep in mind that you can only edit feedback once, and it can't be replaced once deleted."
The 'profile search' doesn't seem to be a function of the new site as it took me to an older version. But the link here just worked for me, and it was easy from there. Good luck!
