If you have an auto relist and your Item did not sell but was bid on and you want to offer it to the bidder.
Can you offer it once its been relisted?

If you have it set to auto relist, that is what it will do. If you have ticked the FPO box then it will relist after the FPO period has expired, or there were no watchers.
To answer you though, no if it has already relisted, you can't do FPO after that. You need to have the FPO box ticked on the listing within My Products if you want that to happen.
