Charged when free selling with $1 reserve

The Success fee is applied to your first 100 New Listings created &/Or relisted with a $1.00 Reserve price upto the Threshold of the promotion which stipulated the first 100 Listings only. Listings above this threshold incur the normal Success fee charge. - The Success fees are free for Basic Listings only, if you had any other listing charges like Ping, Afterpay, Promotional extra's to boost your listing placement, set a Reserve price, Specified your own listing end date/time or input a Subtitle etc. these fees are still charged.

 

After you've confirmed the actual charges in your account statement which outlines what each fee charged pertained to, if you have been overcharged Success fees you can contact TradeMe staff through the "Live Chat" facility for assistance.

 

The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00:am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm
