Yes! when there is no Reserve on a Listing the Start price becomes the Reserve therefore any bid made will be a winning bid on the Listing until it is outbid by another Member - The Highest Bidder is the winner and you have sold your Listing.

You don't have to accept any Offers made through the 'Make an Offer' feature, if you placed this option on your listings - Cheers.
