Sold an item at 11.57 last night, to a new trader. My concern is that the notification came up in email and doesn't appear in my sold items. Has some strange reference number which I've never seen in any auction I've sold before. The item is pickup only but I'm wondering whether this is legit or whether buyer has possibly been hacked..

I'll also add that the notification email that item has sold came from an email address, notifications@transactional.trademe..

The email address is one of TradeMe's - Did the Reference # begin with a KP- number? And the 10 digit Listing number start with a 5?

These are Listings which have been created on the New System the company is upgrading to. - There are a few Listings which seem to disappear from the system when Sold for a few categories However a search of the Listing number will pull the Listing up for you. - You will be able to find the Listing number in your emails & the notification you have there.

Yes it is a KP reference and the number starts with a 5.

Thankyou so much for clearing this up for me...I was worried it might be dodgy.
