My Unsold listings are not listed
I had 39 listings, sold 5 should have been 34 items in my unsold, but no - says there are nine, but counted 25. What the heck is going on. I should have had more than 39 to list last time, at least 44 by my reckoning, so those are also missing. Listings are going missing and the count when you relist is all screwed up as well. Listed my 39 and told I had 2 listings. Any other company releasing software would revert it with all these bugs until they had been fixed.

Kia ora Elizabeth, this sounds like it could be a bug, are you accessing the site via an app (which one), or desktop? You can search on the site for a closed listing using the listing number, which should be in your emails and relist individually. You might also want to try My Products, it automatically relists unsold items and sending out fixed price offers for you, saving lots of time.

L Community SuperuserEditedHi Elizabeth. I have also had this strange number count happen on and off for the past few months. It is as if the count is not keeping up with what I relist? If I wait an hour or two, or until the next day it seems to catch up and correct the numbers. I just make sure I count how many items I have actually relisted without looking at the numbers. If my unsolds disappear I wait a while again and they correctly appear later. Very odd indeed.
