Cant edit pricing on a listing

I have a general item which i listed with both a start price and buy now option. I have gone to edit the listing, but it wont let me change the pricing. There is an existing offer on the listing so this may have something to do with it? I want to reduce the buy now price. Does anyone know why this isnt working for me? It does let me make changes to the start price (not the buy now) but when i select save changes it says 'the start price cannot currently be set'

You can only change the Buy Now, Start price Or Reserve price if your listing has been Live for Less than 7 days & there have been No Bids made. - Where a Bid has been made you can only Lower the Reserve price. - Cheers.

Just in case anyone is finding this thread with the same issue as I just did - yes it seems an open offer on a listing will stop you from changing the price. You need to decline the offer first and can then change the price.

If you are accepting an offer through the 'Make an Offer' feature you can just accept the offer - the price doesn't need to be changed on a Live Listing - the Listing closes with the Accepted Offer price - Cheers.
