How does someone view an item for sale before bidding on it

If it's not a Listing that has the ability to email or contact the Seller then you aren't able to view prior to purchase - you will need to ask as many questions and request as many photo's as you require after which if you are still very keen to purchase though want to view the item first you can ask the Seller if you win the listing can this be subject to viewing the item on purchase. - Depending on what the item is many Sellers will agree to this as viewing prior to purchase is not an option especially if it's something like a vehicle or heavy machinery  etc. - Cheers.
