cannot relist or place offer on my listings
Answered- I am unable to list or place offer on my listings... I
- I have contacted customer service over two days ago and have had no reply..
- everytime I try to re list the message that comes up is (We have restricted your account and you cannot list items on the site. Please contact us for further information.)
- how long does it take for someone to sort this out and let my know why?

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Gianna & Dave,To contact a staff member for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot suggestion texts to be transferred through to the staff line.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0

No! you have to type that into the Bot to bypass it & be transferred to the staff line - this is the AI Language the Bot understands.
By the way I'm a Member, the same as you though the difference being I give my time for free to help fellow Members out.
