Trade wont let me use Ping to pay

Sorry to read of that trouble when attempting to use Ping,

 

This is more than likely tied into awaiting your Ping verification to be passed - As this is now effecting your ability to purchase goods also you will want to contact a TradeMe staff Member direct. - if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter the Listing number of the item you're attempting to purchase in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
