Purchased item was great but failed within sellers warranty period

We purchased a laptop in March. It has been great till yesterday when it started rebooting randomly. The seller explicitly offers a 3 month warranty on their laptops - now they are not answering emails. How do I get TradeMe to contact the seller and remind them of their duty?

Hello Bob. Your first port of call is with the seller. I'm guessing they are an in-trade seller? First of all I would search and try all the other ways to contact them. Phone. Socials. Ask questions on their other listed items.
If you have exhausted all those and still cant get a reply then yes, you can go to Trade Me Live Chat to see if they can assist.

Thanks. I don't have a phone number, but can ask on their other listings, good idea. I don't know what an in-trade seller is but the seller does seem to have a 'shop' on trademe...
