Replacing deleted feedback

Hi
Hi my buyer used the feedback section to communicate with me after my email went missing in a spam folder. This query was deleted once we made contact and completed the sale. My buyer now wants to place new feedback but it is not immediately obvious how to do this. Can anyone tell us how to do this please?
