cant complete trade on desktop page
Answeredso trying to buy this AVR , keeps asking me for a phone number but there is no where to enter this? ended up using my phone instead , maybe I'm missing something? Never had this before

Pleased to read you could use your phone to make payment in the interim,
Normally the phone number entry would come between the selected address 'Change delivery address Drop Down menu &How would you like to pay options which is placed above the screenshot you've provided, as below...

This screenshot, taken just now, is on the MS Edge Browser, Windows 11.
Ensure you're running the Latest up to date Browser version - Clear your cookies & cache, a redundant cookie can display incorrect information.
How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser
If this doesn't resolve the issue for you, try using a different Browser, take a full screenshot to report through to a staff member along with the Listing number enabling a full investigation onto what's happening for you. - Cheers.

there was actually no where to enter my phone number in any box , as I selected pickup maybe this had something to do with it , I use my desktop all the time for purchases , more than my phone and had never come across this fault before

Yes! I can confirm there is work being undertaken with the 'Order Summary' Payment, Address/Pickup Details atmo' mid transitioning to the upgraded platform - I've done a few tests & passed on my findings - As you have had the above fault there may or may not be a corrupt cookie left on your Desktop Device - clearing your cookies & cache will ensure your next attempt to make a purchase, payment & pickup/shipping is done with a fresh start - Not reading any past redundant data. - If you would like to pass your experience with this fault you encountered onto a staff member you can make contact through the Live Chat facility - Type Talk to person in the Bot window, at the bottom of the screen below the bot text suggestions to be transferred through to the staff line. - Cheers.
