Unable to create a new list and account restrictions

I am trying to create a list for a new sale, but I keep getting the following error. I created my account before moving to New Zealand, and I think my account is restricted for this reason. However, I have been living in New Zealand for about two years. If there is a restriction on my account, I would appreciate your assistance in removing it.

You will need to contact a TradeMe staff member directly so they can verify you to uplift restrictions on your account.
To contact a staff member for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot suggestion texts to be transferred through to the staff line.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
