Extend classified listing

Hi, I received email regarding I can extend my listing by click the button. But when I click the button I could only see the list but nothing happened. How I could extend my puppies sell listing without it ended by itself then I have to relist again? Can you help me with that? Thanks

Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps? - Have you tried through both?
If you're using one of the Apps type TradeMe.co.nz in your device Browser to pickup the Desktop site.
Clearing your device Browser cookies & cache can resolve this issue,

If you're still unable to extend your Listing contact a TradeMe staff member directly for assistance,
To contact a staff member if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in Blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat Bot Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
