We're making some updates to our Terms and Conditions. These changes are designed to ensure our platform remains robust and fair for everyone as we look forward to introducing exciting new products and features in the future.

These updates also include some clarifications to existing clauses and make it easier for all our members to understand their responsibilities when using Trade Me.
