Hello
If someone makes an offer and I return with a counter offer can I still sell to other offers at a higher price/offer?

If a listing is an auction with a reserve price, buyers can use Make an Offer until the reserve price is met. When the reserve price is met, Make an Offer won’t be available anymore and all outstanding offers will be declined.
If the listing is an auction without a reserve price, then any bid placed higher than the offer will decline any outstanding offers.
If you have offers from different members, you can counter offer, accept or decline an offer as long as the reserve isn't met.0
