Customer delivery notes not coming through

Hello Fawn. Hasn't happened to me personally but apparently it can happen. I know of sellers who ask for a email as well as putting the requirement in the delivery notes because it is not always reliable.
What I have had lately as a seller is a lot of people sending through a delivery note that doesn't correspond with what I'm selling. So I guess these are saved from a previous trade and automatically attached if the buyer doesn't check and edit them.
If you are using some of the listing tools you can add options for things like colour and size at the point of purchase. With the free My Products listing tool from Trade Me you are limited to adding quantities. But if you use Trade Runner or Omnivore you get more functionality. Those could work better for you, but they are paid services.
