Payment details not being sent to purchaser

Hi Betty, yes frustrating (we use desktop chrome/don't use the app) we had that issue last week. We advised trade me via clicking on the "tell us what you think" option. The two auction numbers were provided for them to look into it. We have noticed that when listing a new item the tick box to send payment instructions is unticked. Previously it remained ticked by default mode unless we unticked it. However since the recent upgrades have noticed that is not always so. When listing an item we check and double check it now. Obviously best for one to keep a cool head re slow payers as there may well be a logical reason! Though our last weeks buyers like yours were proactive in following through with us. We have not sold anything this week so sorry cannot give a more recent account. Hope your issue settles quickly. Kind regards.

I have received, payment details with nothing in them, on my won item E-Mail yesterday,
so do not know if this was an error/glitch, or seller has just not filled them in? and sent automatically? so waiting to hear back from the seller,

Also had buyers asking me for payment details. These wew sent to them through Trade Me but both said they never got the emails but could see payment instructions on items I won
