H Garyi, thanks for the reply.I have the email conversation between myself and buyer but no email from TRADEME. Given it’s more then 2 mths old, am trying to see a way to get visibility of the completion on the website, other then taking the 7.99% fee and calculating the price that way.
Does anyone know an email that I could contact Trademe direct?

Maybe you deleted the email by mistake as a sold email is not something you can opt out of receiving. I have all of mine back to 2004. The conversations with buyer emails should have a P reference number or listing number to search in emails to narrow it down to confirm maybe. No direct email to Trademe, so suggest either live chat, blue bubble on right bottom of contact us page - type in talk to a human, else search help for account summary which has a link to request an account transactions summary which will cover what you need but may take some days to get.
