Would you happen to be using a Samsung device there?

To get to the New Look Desktop site you type TradeMe.co.nz in your phone browser to select the site. - Cheers.

Same problem here - used to receive notifications - only came across a question on a substantially priced item by chance. Iphone device

Are you receiving the notifications through your email?
Are you receiving the notifications through the Desktop site?
Ensure you're running the Latest up to date iOS App version - Try clearing your Browser cookies & cache. - Uninstall then Reinstall your App.
