Unable to contact seller of live listing

Hi, could someone please help me understand. im interested in a vehicle and would like to discuss further in private with the seller regarding organising viewings etc, she has said that she can't provide her personal details over Q+A, understandably. The seller also said that others have been able to contact her via an option to "contact" or "email" the seller which is a trademe option that allows a potential buyer to communicate with them directly via email in private to organise viewings etc while the listing is still live, but I cannot seem to be able to. I have done this recently with other sellers listings and that option has been there on their listings however on this particular sellers listing, the option to contact them and discuss via email in private is not there despite her saying others have been contacting her that way. why would this be and how can I go about it.
