Ping wont transfer to my allocated bank account
AnsweredHi there I was the seller and the buyer has paid me via ping as that’s one of my payment options and has worked every other time but this time the sale got postponed due to trade wanting to know the buyer was legit saying he is who he is they emailed twice and it wasn’t sorted out on his end and the sale went through I now have the funds in my ping but it won’t let me transfer into my allocated bank account it’s saying I don’t have this end point permission I also made sure my trademe account wasn’t in areas by transferring I think $71 dollars to even it out and still I can’t transfer anyone know what might be happening?
