Im trying to ask a seller a question but theres a little box which pops up saying 'you are not verified to use this service'. Whats this all about?

S Community SuperuserEditedKia Ora Philip,Are you able to ask a question in other Listings?Restrictions on accounts can be for many different reasons including the potential of securing the Members account from harm. - If you are able to ask questions on other Members Listings the issue maybe with that particular Seller.Double check your Emails for one from TradeMe incase they've contacted you with or for information, check your spam/junk folder also. - If you do have an email you will know what your next step is. - Otherwise ensure your Membership details are complete & your account is not in Debt.If your account checks out you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter Talk to person twice if you aren't transferred the first time. - Enter the Listing number you are attempting to ask a question of in the Chat window here enabling staff to pull it up readily also.
