Slightly longer answer: Yes, if you have emails activated that tell you when an item closes unsold you could get to it that way. You could also find it from the "Expired listings" search.

In my opinion it's best to not delete items from unsold, or won, or lost. Surprising how often these can be useful down the road. They drop off by themselves after 45 days so I just leave everything there and it prunes itself eventually.
