Account details not sent to buyer

I have had no trouble up until now and all of a sudden my account details are not being sent to buyer. This is the second time this week.

Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?
Double check you have a tick in the box on the Price & Payment page to 'Automatically send payment instructions' when you create your Listings.
