Sorry to read you've been left in Limbo there,
TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment therefore if you hear nothing after the first few days and you've received no payment apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item or send a Fixed Price Offer out to other bidders/watchers - Otherwise you normally hear from your Buyer. - If you have received payment you'll have to Refund this before Listing or Offering the washing machine out though don't wait longer than the initial 7 days before taking action unless a longer timeframe is stipulated in your Listing itself or you & your Buyer have reached an extended Pick up agreement.
