Ping Payment option after the winning bid

Hi All,
I did not have Ping as an option when I ran my auctions as payment via bank transfer is preferred. For one of my items the person who won the auction would like to pay by Ping. Can I enable it as an option for the item please? Sales reference is Reference #: P240323801. Thanks Mark

Once a Listing has closed Sold you can't go back to edit the payment section. - What you could do is cancel the trade & Relist it with Ping selected as a Payment method for them. - Apply for your Success fee to be Refunded on the first Listing. - As your Listing didn't state Ping as a payment method you're not obligated to offer it, your Buyer should have requested it through the Q&A section when the Listing was Live enabling you to edit it to add Ping prior to purchase. - You can take this opportunity to educate your Buyer on the process also😊 - All the Best with your decision on how to proceed. - Cheers.
