Duplicate ping transaction

That's a concern,
Is it possible you purchased 2 of the items?
Double check the statement of your Payment card used to see if a duplicate payment went through.
Double check your confirmation email from TradeMe & Ping transactions to ensure there are 2 outgoing payments. - If you have accidently purchased 2 of the items you would need to contact your Seller asap to advise you only require the one & please will they refund you the second payment. - If you haven't made a mistake it is still your Seller who would refund you if an overpayment is made via Ping.
If this is a Ping issue you will need to advise TradeMe of the problem. - Let us know if you require further help. - All the Best! - Cheers.

Hi,
Checked there are 2 emails with exact same auction number.
P{ing transactions also has this twice on TradeMe for exact same amount and auction number.
There is only 1 item.
How do I log this to rectify?

To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
HI have done a 1 postage booking for a parcel on tm but have been charged twice for it. $18.61 x2 how do i get the 2nd charge back
