Reserve -v- No Reserve -Different on mobile app.
Hi,
I listed an item with a buy it now and a reserve. On the web listing it showed up OK, but on the mobile app it listed it as "No reserve".
In a panic I have unlisted the item - but am annoyed that I paid for a listing and had to cancel it.
Who can I contact at TradeMe to either discuss a refund of my listing fees, or to arrange the correct relisting of my item?

If you also entered a Start price which is the same amount as your Reserve price the Reserve would show No Reserve as the Start price becomes the Reserve.
Listings withdrawn within the first hour of going Live are free & any Listing fees are credited back to your TradeMe account.
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the Chat window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
