Adding "Quantity" to listings.
AnsweredHi there,
We have been instructed to add the Quantity bar to our listings. How can I do this without starting from scratch and reloading all of our auctions?
Many thanks for any insight :-)

Not sure who would be instructing you to add that, as it is optional. You can't add it to a running auction but need to wait till it finishes and edit it on list to turn it in to a MQL (Multi Quantity Listing) with a Buy Now only price and whatever stock qty you wish/have. If you use My Products, then it's a simple matter to change it now and when it relists it will be changed. If it's a buyer that asked you if you can do it, then you can always duplicate the product if using My Products and make the duplicate a MQL and deactivate the existing listing so it doesn't relist, then point the buyer to the new listing.
To read all the info about MQLs, just put mql in the help search box up top here.

Thank you Gary!
TM instructed us to add to our listings. I couldn't see that I had it set up correctly until I logged out to view the auction.

Ahh, right oh. That would be good for some of your items like Gib board and wood panels etc. Just make sure to get the shipping right as to if it's per order or per piece but since you have shipping to be arranged it may not be important.
