Trying to import products - can't figure out the Delivery Options

Hi,
Am trying to bulk load products to my store - but no matter what combination I try (following the instructions in the import Guide) I keep getting errors regarding the Delivery section.
I don't want to use Book a Courier - I want to specify shipping prices.
I keep getting an error "Provide valid shipping option." so I don't even know what column it wants me to fix.
Any help appreciated.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserEditedIf using the old or new shipping templates and specifying a shipping template, you need the name of the template in the Delivery price column (column number AG in my SS). You also need the other delivery options specified eg delivery pickup allowed True or False, Must pickup, free etc.
If using auctions rather than Buy Now only OR using Specify shipping costs so you can have freeform text rather than a template, then you need the details in the same Delivery price column eg like this one I have in one of mine
5.95=NZ wide delivery - No limit how many of this item.;0.00=Combine with a same or higher cost delivery paid;
I would recommend to set up one product directly in My Products how you want it to be and then Export that one product. Check all the fields to do with delivery and use that as a guide for the other items you are adding by import.
