The buyer has not contacted me

How long has it been since the Listing closed? - Have you contacted your Buyer by email?

 

TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment. - If this was purchased a few days back have you checked your spam/junk folder incase their email went there? - The next step would be to place a friendly feedback letting them know you have emailed, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you - Feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though only the once.

 

If you hear nothing after a couple of days and you've received no payment apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or send a Fixed Price Offer out to other bidders - Otherwise you will hear from your Buyer.
